As a busy mama it was crucial for me to find some form of ME time. Fitness has played such a vital role in my mental & physical health. For years I have struggled with my body composition. After 8+ years of lifting and three kids, I expected to be a lot farther along in my fitness journey. I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted fast enough, and reached a plateau I didn’t know how to get around. I knew I had to design a program that will ensure accountability, results, and FUN.
