Starters Strength Training • Phase 1

The Phase 1 Strength Training program is designed to aid lifters in improving overall strength. There are many specific modifications to small variables such as sets, reps, and volume. Phase 1 emphasizes focus on CONTROL & FORM. During this 4-week program, you will gradually be increasing your weight lifted, while decreasing the reps completed. This effective method will allow you to build muscle memory, while perfecting your form. Heavier weights/smaller reps is what these next four weeks will consist of, prepping you for Phase 2. The Phase 1 Strength Program and its follow up companion, the Phase 2 Advanced Strength Training Program, both use strength training coupled with periodization to encourage growth in force production and muscle size. The Phase 2 program will go into much greater detail about hypertrophy training and defined strength training. Clients will experience substantial strength gains as well as an increase in stamina & CONFIDENCE! I will be your support beam EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
