This 4-Week Beginners Program is designed to be an introduction exercise routine. The workouts include foundational movement patterns formatted to progressively introduce different layers of difficulty to the beginner exerciser. This Program is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to exercise or even for those who are just getting back into the swing of a consistent routine. I have included variables such as sets, reps, intensity (weight), and rest to ENSURE you are getting the most guidance when just starting out. I’m leaving you with the option to increase or decrease volume and intensity accordingly. If you’re unsure if/when you should adjust weights, that’s what I’m here for! I’m here to guide, SUPPORT, & push you to uncomfortable measures. Clients will experience general strength gains as well as a high potential for fat loss.
